Sandy Stewart! No particular reason, just a nice face that I drew a long time ago from the cover of her 'Cat Dancer' album, that I never owned a copy of. She wrote songs with Stevie Nicks, I understand. I think it was the hair that did it for me or maybe the nose... or the lips... or maybe the eyes...
...it wasn't the chin though, not that there's anything wrong with her chin. It's a perfectly nice chin.
